Creo que la diferencia de volúmenes puede estar en el extremo de ø40, yo he hecho un cilindro y parece que tu has hecho 4 sectores

Las diferencias de volumen son mínimas (yo el extremo de 40 lo he hecho con un barrido, bueno todo el contorno).
